Tamara Hafner is a global health researcher with a PhD in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She researches access to medicines issues and has completed numerous assignments focused on pharmaceutical or health systems for client organizations. She has developed conceptual frameworks, research protocols, assessment manuals; conducted assessments and analyses; and written numerous reports and other project-related documents. She primarily uses qualitative approaches and is particularly interested in applying systems thinking methodologies to health systems related projects.
