Project Description
In 2014, the World Bank embarked on a 2-year review of the Program-for-Results lending instrument which was launched in 2012. The review included in-depth qualitative interviews with senior government officials and senior World Bank staff. The purpose of the qualitative component was to receive feedback to establish best practices, understand the challenges in implementation, and develop recommendations.
Assignment
Monica Biradavolu was hired as a consultant on the qualitative component of the 2-Year PforR Review.
- Developed interview guides for different categories of respondents (internal World Bank staff and external senior government officials)
